We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.

All returned merchandise must have an Return Merchandise Authorization number prior to returning the merchandise, be in its original packaging, in saleable condition, and not returned as defective. Returned Items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all freight unless otherwise authorized.

To obtain a RMA number, follow the steps below:

  1. Sign In to your account
  2. In the Track Your Recent Orders section, click on the View Details link for the order you would like to initiate the RMA for
  3. Click on the "Add New RMA" button
  4. Choose the Reason and Method for the return
  5. Finally, add your comments in the Comments section


If a shipment is refused, the customer is responsible for all freight charges and a 10% restocking fee will apply.
